Your Satisfaction is very important to us! Any of our standard items are returnable for a 100% refund of the purchase price of the product, provided you contact us within 2 days of the receipt of your item(s). Just send an email to email@example.com with your order number and item being returned for a copy of the return instructions.
In order to be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and product must be in such condition which allows it to be re-sold. Please print out this page and include inside the box with your returned product.
Return Shipping Charges:
Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges. Please use a shipping service that uses tracking numbers and please email the tracking number to Red Fig Home via firstname.lastname@example.org once you have shipped the package(s).

Red Fig Home will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error in packing.
Damage during Transit: Damage needs to be reported within 2 days of receipt of the item. In the event of damage during shipping, we require digital photographs of the damaged item and the damage to the shipping container, text them to Jerry at 2086404206. H Potter also requires that you save the actual box that was damaged in transit (carrier requirement).
In most events of damage (for example: a piece of broken glass or missing hardware) a replacement part can be sent to you from the warehouse at H Potter’s expense. Please send a text to 208 640 4206 or email email@example.com to discuss replacement parts.
